You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

a) The content you create using our tool, specifically the infographics generated through Infography, belongs entirely to you. You have full ownership and all rights to use these infographics for any purpose, including commercial use.

b) You are free to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use the infographics generated by Infography in any way you see fit, without any restrictions from us.

c) We do not claim any ownership rights to the infographics you create using our service.

d) However, we retain all rights to our software, algorithms, and the underlying technology of Infography.

e) By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your input content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our service.

While Tier 3 offers unlimited AI credits, users are prohibited from automating the process of generating infographics. Such automation can severely impact server load and service quality for other users. The teams feature in Tier 3 does not exempt users from this fair use policy.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any reason, including violation of these terms.

We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you're unsatisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, no questions asked.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
